The Breathing Filter Valve is usually composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, sealing structure and other components. There is a channel in the valve body for gas circulation; the valve cover is used to close the valve body and fix the valve disc and other components; the valve disc is the key component for controlling gas circulation, and its opening and closing determine the intake and exhaust of gas; the sealing structure ensures that the valve disc can fit the valve seat tightly when closed to prevent gas leakage.
When the pressure in the pipeline is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the air intake function of the Breathing Filter Valve begins to work. At this time, the valve disc is affected by the atmospheric pressure and overcomes the sealing force on the edge of the valve seat to open. The gas in the atmosphere enters the pipeline through the valve body channel to supplement the insufficient gas in the pipeline, thereby maintaining the air pressure balance in the pipeline. This process is automatic and does not require external power.
When the pressure in the pipeline is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the exhaust function of the Breathing Filter Valve begins to work. At this time, the valve disc is affected by the high-pressure gas in the pipeline and also overcomes the sealing force on the edge of the valve seat to open. The high-pressure gas in the pipeline is discharged to the atmosphere through the valve body channel, thereby reducing the air pressure in the pipeline. This process is also automatic and can respond quickly to changes in air pressure in the pipeline.
The opening and closing of the valve disc is achieved through its interaction with the valve seat. When the air pressure in the pipeline changes, the pressure on the valve disc will also change accordingly. When the pressure difference exceeds the sealing force between the valve disc and the valve seat, the valve disc will open or close. This process relies on the precise design and manufacture of the valve disc and the valve seat to ensure that it can work stably under various air pressure conditions.
The sealing structure plays a vital role in the Breathing Filter Valve. It ensures that the valve disc can fit the valve seat tightly when closed to prevent gas leakage. The sealing structure is usually made of elastic materials such as rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene, which have good sealing properties and corrosion resistance.
